Wash and deep condition your hair the day before or morning of your appointment.
Hair must be 100% dry. Wet or damp hair delays the install and risks mildew under extensions.
Remove all knots and tangles before arriving. Working through tangles adds time and costs more.
Small and medium braids are 6–10 hrs. Block your entire day. Bring snacks and entertainment.
Required to secure every appointment. Applied to your total service cost at completion.
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
No-shows forfeit the deposit. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be rescheduled. A new deposit is required to rebook.
